Rachael
General Manager
Heading up the team as General Manager since summer 2020, Rachael has come a long way since joining Intonation in 2005 during a university placement.
Having worked as a Project Manager, Translation Manager and Operations Manager, Rachael is best placed to take Intonation to the next step.
With a passion for process management, technology and how its automations can benefit the team, Rachael has a real passion for constantly looking at how to improve and make Intonation even greater for its clients and in-house team.
When she’s not coming up with the next crazy idea, Rachael enjoys being out in the fresh air of the South Coast beaches with her family and young children.
Tatiana
Operations Manager
Tatiana joined the team in 2011 as a Project Manager and went on to win the prestigious Project Manager of the Year title at the 2017 ATC awards.
Following a successful run as Project Manager and Translation Manager, Tatiana now works as Intonation’s Operations Manager. Overseeing Intonation’s Translation Management Systems and implementing process changes, Tatiana makes a real difference to the team.
Outside of Intonation, Tatiana relishes time with her young son.
Mireia
Business Development Manager
Mireia has more than 15 years’ experience in the translation industry. She started in the industry as a translator and moved progressively to Project Management, Account Management and Client Services Management positions, where she excelled at developing strong client relationships and building on the strengths of the project management team to boost their performance.
With a solid background both in operations and client relationship management, Mireia’s role at Intonation consists in providing Account Management support to the company’s key accounts and leading the Business Development team to increase sales amongst new and existing clients.
In her free time, Mireia enjoys activities such as swimming and body balance. Whenever she’s given the chance, she will head back to her native Spain for some quality time with family and friends.
Olivia
Translation Manager
Olivia has been a cornerstone at Intonation for 6 years, beginning her journey as an intern and swiftly rising through the ranks to become the Translation Manager. With experience as both a Project Manager and Lead Project Manager, she now oversees all production teams, ensuring seamless and efficient processes from start to finish for our clients.
Away from the professional setting, Olivia is passionate about travelling. She cherishes exploring new destinations with her family and young children, each journey offering a blend of adventure and the creation of cherished memories.
